The Corporate Center is the central office of the IRKUT Corporation. It comprises specialized units to implement the following tasks:

• Forming of business structure and development of corporate product portfolio

  In this field, specialists of the Corporate Center carry out research of markets and products, economic analysis of business, work out corporate development strategy, and manage innovation projects.

• Development of corporate management system

  In order to improve the management system, the Corporate Center optimizes and formalizes management processes, provides methodological support for management decision making at all corporate levels, as well as perfects the IT infrastructure.

• Budget and finance management

  The Corporate Center manages the stock capital, implements financial planning and financial analysis of corporate activities, attracts investments in corporate projects.

• Marketing and external relations

  Employees of the Corporate Center:
  Promote corporate interests in state authorities and business communities. 
  Look for for potentional customers, prepare and implement presentations and life aircraft demonstartions.
  Perform a full cycle of contract preparation.  

• Provision of orders for the Corporation and organization of their implementation

  Specialized departments of the Corporate Center carry out the full-cycle work to manage commercial projects, including forming of customers base, marketing interactions, contract preparation, planning and monitoring of development, manufacturing and after-sales support of aircraft.

• Development of corporate industrial potential

  The Corporate Center plans technical development of corporate manufacturing facilities, manages development of industrial cooperation in aircraft development and manufacturing, coordinates activities on enhancement of quality management system.
