The IRKUT Corporation, jointly with the Be-200's engine manufacturers and onboard equipment suppliers, offers full range of after-sales support to ensure safe, continuous and cost-effective Be-200's operation:

  • spare parts, ground equipment, and tool kits deliveries;
  • maintenance, repair and overhaul;
  • airfield support;
  • training;
  • technical publications supply;
  • engineering support.

  Spare Parts

The IRKUT Corporation will supply spare parts, ground support equipment, tools and materials to Be-200 Customers, both with the delivery of aircraft (Initial Provisioning), and during the entire period of Be-200 aircraft operation.

The IRKUT Corporation will maintain adequate stock of spares and materials to meet Customer's needs for repairs, replacements and modifications under flexible conditions (sale, rent, exchange).

Spares service will be available round-the-clock seven-days-a-week, to enable emergency supply of spares and materials (AOG, critical, expedite).

  Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhauls

To support Customers in on-aircraft maintenance and repairs, the IRKUT Corporation is establishing cooperation with FAR/JAR 145 approved maintenance organizations. These organizations will act as regional Be-200 service centers. It is planned that besides the central Be-200 Service Center in Russia, three regional Be-200 Service Centers will be established in Europe, USA and South-East Asia. Each regional Be-200 Service Center will provide support for several Customers in particular region.

Repairs and overhauls of dismantled engines and aircraft components will be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) or by authorized repair stations. At Customers' request, IRKUT will assist them in the repair and overhaul management.

  Airfield support

IRKUT will provide skilled field service personnel (engineers, technicians) at the Be-200 operating bases for entry-in-service periods and beyond. They will provide assistance to Customers in all technical aspects of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, etc.

  Training

IRKUT will provide training for Customer's personnel in the JAR/FAR 147 certified Training Center. This center is equipped with the up-to-date computerized courseware and a flight simulator. Training programs for flight crews and maintenance personnel comply with the ATA 104 Spesification.

Ground and flight training can be also performed at Customer's base. In this case, Customer may employ the delivered aircraft for flight training, and IRKUT will provide flight instructor.

  Technical Manuals

IRKUT will provide Customers with a complete set of technical manuals, necessary for Be-200 operation, maintenance and repair, the following revision service will be ensured.

All technical manuals are written in Russian and AECMA Simplified English, and meet requirements of the АТА 100/2200 specifications.

  Engineering Support

IRKUT will establish an emergency engineering support for Customers, available in a form of "hot line" round-the-clock seven-days-a-week. The team of experienced experts will assist in solving any technical and operational problems, troubleshooting, elimination of faults, while operating in close connection with aircraft designers, engine manufacturers and components vendors.
